1. Sponsor

The $100 Amazon Gift Card Subscriber Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Chey Loraine-Gerz / Chey Luxe Living (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of the drawing.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

Eligible participants must be subscribed to the Chey Luxe Living email newsletter at the time of the drawing on November 25, 2026.

4. How to Enter

To enter, subscribe to the Chey Luxe Living email newsletter.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Only one entry per person/email address will be included in the drawing. Duplicate subscriptions or entries may be removed at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Participants must remain subscribed at the time of the drawing to be eligible to win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One $100 Amazon Gift Card

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100 USD

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash through the Sponsor.

6. Winner Selection

One eligible winner will be selected at random from eligible email subscribers on or around November 25, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address associated with their newsletter subscription.

The winner may also be announced on Chey Luxe Living social media channels.

The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.

The Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are lost, filtered into spam or junk folders, or otherwise not received.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final regarding the administration of the Giveaway and selection of the winner.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and, when participants subscribe, to provide the Chey Luxe Living email newsletter and related communications.

Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; however, participants must be subscribed at the time of the drawing to be eligible to win.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that these platforms are not responsible for the Giveaway.

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these Official Giveaway Rules.
